FJ-G128 Pipeline Fluid Iron Separator: Fluid pipeline iron remover, also known as magnetic liquid iron remover or magnetic liquid filter, is used in liquid materials with different viscosities such as liquid and semi-liquid to remove iron impurities and other ferromagnetic particles. Materials are kept clean while protecting downstream production equipment.

Features:

1. In order to adapt to various usage conditions, we have developed many different types of liquid iron removers.

2. The magnetic force selection range is the same as that of the magnetic stand, the ordinary type (N style) can reach 12000GS and the easy-cleaning type (E style) can reach 8000GS.

3. The standard working temperature is ≤80℃. Under special requirements, the maximum working temperature can reach 350℃.

4. Magnetic components can be easily installed, removed and cleaned using designs such as flanges, clamps, bolt plates or quick-release clips.

5. Pipe materials are available in 304 or 316L stainless steel.

6. Reasonable structural design ensures the best iron removal effect without hindering the flow of materials.
