FJ-G129 pipeline-type fluid self-unloading iron remover: automatic iron-unloading fluid pipeline iron remover, also called magnetic automatic tilt-unloading liquid iron remover or magnetic automatic iron-unloading liquid filter. It is used for liquid materials with different viscosities such as liquids and semi-liquids. In the process, iron impurities and other ferromagnetic particles are removed to keep the material clean and at the same time protect downstream production equipment.

Features:

1. In order to adapt to various different usage conditions, we have developed many different types of liquid iron removers.

2. The magnetic force selection range is the same as that of the magnetic stand, the ordinary type (N style) can reach 12000GS and the easy-cleaning type (E style) can reach 8000GS.

3. The standard working temperature is ≤80℃. Under special requirements, the maximum working temperature can reach 350℃.

4. Pipe material is available in 304 or 316L stainless steel.

5. Reasonable structural design ensures the best iron removal effect without hindering the flow of materials.

6. Pressure use requirements or other special requirements can be based on customer requirements.
