FJ-CZ158: Magnetic drawer iron remover is widely used in ceramics, chemicals, plastics, rubber, dyes, mining, environmental protection and other fields. It is used to remove ferromagnetic impurities from dry powdery, flake, granular and other materials. Such as sugar cereals, tea and so on.

Features:

1. The optional range of magnetic force is as follows: normal type (N style) up to 14000GS (±500GS) and easy-to-clean type (E style) up to 8000GS.

2. The inlet and outlet can be designed as flange or square interface, which can be easily installed on various pipelines.

3. The standard working temperature is ≤80℃. Under special requirements, the maximum working temperature can reach 350℃.

4. The magnetic stand can be provided with single layer, double layer or multi-layer according to the customer's requirements.

5. The drawer material is available in 304 and 316L stainless steel.

6. Self-operation is performed through the pre-numbered program of the automatic control cabinet to reduce manual intervention. Realize a series of tasks such as automatic demagnetization, slag removal, and cleaning of equipment.
